Green Cleansing Juice

- 2 x Big kale leaves
- 1/2 Cup x baby spinach leaves
- 1 x Lebanese chopped cucumber
- 1 x Granny Smith apple roughly chopped
- 1 x Lemon peeled
- 1⁄2 Bunch mint
- Option to add ginger
Blend or juice all ingredients together and pour over ice.
