1 cup of chocolate Isapro
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of coconut flower
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of coconut oil
In large mixing bowl add chocolate Isapro, coconut flower and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, leave the other 1/2 cup of shredded coconut to the side for coating. Then melt coconut oil and add to mixing bowl toss ingredients together. Then slowly add dashes of coconut milk until desired consistency(appox 2-3 table spoons) leave remaining coconut milk for coating. Roll mixture into desired ball size. Then roll balls in coconut milk and then through shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 1 hr and then enjoy. Store in fridge until ready to consume.
